Q: Can AssessTrak give me reports on when my assessments are due?
A: Yes, one of the standard reports for AssessTrak is the Assessment Due Report.
Q: Can we update assessment information easily and efficiently? Our / My company is using old DOS-based software that doesn’t help us effectively.
A: Most definitely. The AssessTrak software allows you to update and re-export assessments by selecting the appropriate assessment and making those corrections.
Q: Does AssessTrak keep up with HRA standards as well as healthcare standards for reporting assessments?
A: Magestic Software makes it a priority to always be up-to-date with healthcare industry standards and thus all of our software products are updated accordingly.
Q: Can I create my own reports for AssessTrak?
A: Yes you can. If you have Crystal Reports 8.5 and a Report Writer on staff the AssessTrak software package comes with its own SQL Writer which has the added functionality to add custom reports to the menu. Magestic Software also offers these services if our client does not have adequate staffing on-site.
Q: Can nursing staff that use laptops in the field use AssessTrak to enter the information and have an office clerk update and export the rest of the information?
A: Currently AssessTrak does not support any laptop implementation. Magestic Software’s development team is working to address this need for the next version release. The next release is scheduled for December 2007.
